Imagine a workshop where participants come together to rediscover the simple power of gathering, not just to meet, but to truly connect. This workshop is an engaging learning experience inspired by Priya Parker’s acclaimed book The Art of Gathering.

In this hands-on session, participants will explore how to design and host gatherings that deepen relationships and strengthen the shared spirit of community, advancing the vision that Gather imagines – one where connection is not rare, but a way of life.

Workshop Outcomes

Through stories, reflection, and creative activities, participants will:

  • Clarify purpose – uncovering the “why” behind every gathering.
  • Create spaces of belonging – where everyone feels seen, valued, and welcome.
  • Lead with generous authority – balancing care, clarity, and structure.
  • Facilitate meaningful dialogue – including “good controversy” that builds trust and understanding.
  • Open and close with intention – designing moments that resonate long after the gathering ends.

Participants will leave with a Gathering Blueprint (a simple, actionable plan to transform their next event, conversation, or community moment) and a renewed belief that small actions can spark big change.
