RPCVCO supports a book club for RPCVs in the Denver area.  The group meets every other month to discuss books relevant to the Peace Corps community.  The next meeting information is below.

Oct 9     Behind the Beautiful Forevers: Life, Death, and Hope in a Mumbai Undercity by Katherine Boo, 2012. A brilliantly written, fast-paced book, based on three years of uncompromising reporting. A bewildering age of global change and inequality is made human.

Dec 11   The World America Made by Robert Kagan, 2012. American world order: is it worth preserving or should we pull back? Issues of globalization and U.S. position in the world.

Our Book Club meetings are on the second Wednesdays of even months. Tony's has a store parking lot, and street parking is free after 6:00.
