An Organizing Committee h as planned a Honduran RPCV 2013 reunion in Colorado\; dates are Friday\ , October 11 in Denver and Saturday and Sunday\, October 12 and 13 in Es tes Park. The Committee is securing lodging by placing a $25 per room deposit.

We need to gauge the likelihood that you plan or sincerely hope to join us in October 2013. To this end\, we need to get a good han dle on the number of people who will be coming and the number of rooms we will be able to fill at the YMCA Conference Center. Based on response s to date\, we have reserved the spectacular 100 room lodge called Longs Peak. This lodge includes a lobby with fireplace and 6 conference rooms t hat we can use as break out areas. We have also reserved another 40 roo ms at the Center based on responses. Please note that this does not equat e to a room reservation for anyone\, each person will need to register fo r themselves. A website has been established for the event and will prov ide you with firm room costs\, web links for making reservations in Estes Park and Denver\, securing transportation\, description of activities an d more. The 140 rooms required a $3\,500 investme nt\; we used the money we received from people to date to cover this cost . Please note that this money will not go toward actual room reservatio n costs which means that you will be responsible for paying your room cha rges in full.
